As frustrating as food allergies can be it is more frustrating learning to make safe foods. Having children of my own with food allergies, I decided to share some of my recipe creations with you. As time goes on I will continue to add more recipes. Some of my older recipes call for Soy, so be careful! Enjoy!!

Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks


1 bag of Braided Twist Pretzels

1/2 - 14 ounce bag of Enjoy Life chocolate chips

1 Tablespoon Lard

Pretzels

Melt the Chocolate chunks and shortening in a double boiler or microwave. Be careful not to over-heat.

Once the chocolate is melted, dip the pretzels in and cover completely. Lay each pretzel on wax paper and let sit until dry. Enjoy!
