As frustrating as food allergies can be it is more frustrating learning to make safe foods. Having children of my own with food allergies, I decided to share some of my recipe creations with you. As time goes on I will continue to add more recipes. Some of my older recipes call for Soy, so be careful! Enjoy!!

New Discovery!

I have been experimenting with some recipes, and thanks to Peanutfreeplanet.com I have discovered a new soynut butter. It is tastier, has a creamy texture even without adding honey, and works great in recipes. It is called NoNuts Peabutter. This is even great as a sandwich! Therefore, I will be adding new recipes and tweaking some real soon. Keep watch!
